Since all of our products are digital downloads, we do not allow or offer refunds after a product has been downloaded. Please carefully read the listings description and delivery instructions before committing to a purchase.
If the item is how it is described in the description and accompanied preview images and works the way it should, there is no obligation to provide a refund in situations like the following:
- you no longer want it after downloading it
- the item does not meet your expectations
- you changed your mind about the product
- you bought a product by mistake
- you do not have the expertise to use the item
- you can no longer access the item because it has been removed. Please make sure to download the files as soon as your purchase is complete.
